For overseas properties, Raine International has offices located in Estepona in Spain, Lagos in Portugal and Gibraltar.

The Directors of Raine and Co strongly believe that the profession should be regulated and as a result are members of The National Association of Estate Agents, The Association of Residential Letting Agents and The Ombudsmen for Estate Agents. The Hatfield, Potters Bar and Codicote offices have also been chosen by The Relocation Agent Network as the Best Independent Estate Agents in their respective towns.
